Direxion Daily Semiconductors Top 5 Bull 2X ETF seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 200% of the daily performance of the NYSE Semiconductor Index. The index consists of the top five securities in the index, which includes U.S.-listed companies in the semiconductor industry. ICE Data Indices, LLC selects the top five securities of the index based on each security's floating market capitalization. The fund, under normal circumstances, invests at least 80% of its net assets in financial instruments, such as swap agreements, securities of the index, and ETF that track the index, that, in combination, provide 2X daily leveraged exposure to the index. It is non-diversified.
