Tidal Trust IV - Voya Ultra Short Income ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Tidal Investments LLC. The fund is co-managed by Voya Investment Management Co. LLC. It invests directly and through derivatives in fixed income markets of global region. The fund invests in investment grade bonds, debt instruments, U.S. government securities, securities of foreign governments, and supranational organizations, mortgage-backed and asset-backed debt instruments, collateralized loan obligations, collateralized mortgage obligations fixed income securities, including collateralized loan obligations, bank certificates of deposit, fixed time deposits, bankers' acceptances, bank loans and floating rate secured loans, municipal bonds, notes, and commercial paper, to be announced (TBA) securities, debt instruments of foreign issuers with dollar-weighted duration of one year. It employs fundamental and quantitative analysis with bottom-up and top-down security picking approach to create its portfolio. The fund employs proprietary research to create its portfolio.
