Defiance Nasdaq 100 Income Target ETF seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Cboe QDIV ATM BuyWrite Index. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes (if any), in the constituent securities of the underlying index. The underlying index measures the performance of a theoretical portfolio that employs a covered call strategy, as determined by Cboe Global Indices, LLC. The fund is non-diversified.
