First Trust US Equity Opportunities ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the IPOX-100 U.S. Index. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in the securities that comprise the index. The index seeks to measure the performance of equity securities of the 100 typically largest and most liquid initial public offerings ("IPOs") (including spin-offs and equity carve-outs) of U.S. companies. It is non-diversified.
