Abacus FCF Leaders ETF seeks to generate long-term returns in excess of the total return of the Russell 3000 Index, with less volatility than the index. The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF"). To pursue its investment objective, the fund invests, under normal market circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of companies from the United States.
