Abacus FCF INNOVATION LEADERS ETF seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the FCF US Quality Innovation Index. To pursue its investment objective, the fund invests, under normal market circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in component securities of the index. The index is designed to track the performance of a strategy that seeks to provide equity exposure to U.S. publicly traded companies with strong free cash flow and strong research and development ("R&D") investment.
