The Tradr 2X Long APP Daily ETF seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times (200%) the daily performance of the common shares of AppLovin Corp. Under normal market circumstances, the Fund will maintain at least 80% exposure to financial instruments that provide two times leveraged exposure to the daily performance of APP. This may include APP stock in addition to financial instruments discussed below. The Fund is an actively-managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that seeks to achieve on a daily basis, before fees and expenses, 200% performance of APP for a single day, not for any other period, by entering into one or more swap agreements and/or purchasing listed options on APP and/or investing directly in common stock of APP.
