Arin Tactical Tail Risk ETF seeks to maximize total return through a combination of capital appreciation and current income. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests primarily in options contracts on large-capitalization U.S. equities or equity market indexes, such as the S&P 500 Index and may invest in individual equities or ETFs that provide exposure to the index or other large-capitalization U.S. equity market indexes.
