YieldMax Target 12 Big 50 Option Income ETF seeks current income; the secondary investment objective being capital appreciation via investments in a portfolio of 50 of the largest U.S. companies (referred to as the "Big 50 Companies"). Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of the value of its assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in the U.S.-listed equity securities of Big 50 Companies and options contracts on the Big 50 Companies. The fund is non-diversified.
