CORE16 Best of Breed Premier Index ETF seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the CORE16 Best of Breed Premier Index. The index is designed to provide exposure to a systematically selected, rules-based portfolio of U.S. large-cap equities, with the capacity to adjust allocations between equities and cash (or cash equivalents) to capture upside potential while mitigating downside risk. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in securities comprising the index. The fund is non-diversified.
