Valkyrie Bitcoin Fund seeks to provide capital appreciation through exposure to bitcoin related investment products. The fund is an actively managed ETF that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing its assets in futures contracts on bitcoin and other financial Instruments that provide investment exposure to the price of bitcoin, and cash, cash-like instruments or high-quality securities (collectively, "collateral investments"). Under normal circumstances, the fund will be managed to maintain between 100% and 200% notional exposure to bitcoin. The fund is non-diversified.
