Bitwise Web3 ETF seeks investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the performance of the Bitwise Web3 Equities Index. Under normal market conditions, the fund generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its net assets plus borrowings in the securities comprising the index. The index provides focused exposure to the equity securities of companies that are well-positioned to benefit from the emergence of Web3 and Web3 technologies. The fund is non-diversified.
