DoubleLine Shiller CAPE U.S. Equities ETF seeks total return which exceeds the total return of the S&P 500 Index. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in U.S. equity securities, including exchange-traded investment companies that provide exposure to U.S. equity securities, subject to the limitations. It may invest in equity securities of companies of any market capitalization other than penny stocks. The fund is non-diversified.
