Calamos Bitcoin 80 Series Structured Alt Protection ETF - January seeks to provide investment results that, before taking total fund operating fees and expenses into account, track the positive price return of the CME CF Bitcoin Reference Rate - New York Variant ("BRRNY") ("Spot bitcoin"). Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest substantially all of its assets in U.S. Treasury securities with remaining maturities of one (1) year or less, cash and cash equivalents, over-the-counter Options and, if and when available, FLexible EXchange Options and/or listed exchange traded options. The fund is non-diversified.
