Simplify High Yield PLUS Credit Hedge ETF seeks to maximize current income by investing primarily in high-yield bonds while mitigating credit risk. The adviser seeks to achieve the fund's investment objective by investing in high yield bonds also known as "junk bonds" primarily by purchasing exchange traded funds and applying a credit hedge derivatives strategy to the fund's investments. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in high yield securities. The fund may invest up to 20% of its portfolio in derivatives.
