REX-Osprey DOGE ETF seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, of Dogecoin ("DOGE" or the "Reference Asset"). The fund, under normal market conditions, invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in the reference asset and other assets that provide exposure to the Reference Asset. It will invest directly or through the REX-OspreyTM DOGE Subsidiary. The fund is non-diversified.
