iShares Emerging Markets Dividend ETF seeks to track the investment results of the Dow Jones Emerging Markets Select Dividend Index composed of relatively high dividend paying equities in emerging markets. The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its assets in the component securities of the index and in investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the component securities of the index. The index measures the performance of 100 leading dividend-paying emerging-market companies, selected by dividend yield subject to screening and buffering criteria.
