Eventide High Dividend ETF seeks income growth and long-term capital appreciation. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal market conditions, at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes) in dividend-paying securities. Under normal market conditions, the fund seeks to provide a dividend yield greater than the average dividend yield of the equity securities in the Bloomberg US 3000 Total Return Index, measured on a gross basis.
