ALPS Electrification Infrastructure ETF seeks investment results that correspond (before fees and expenses) generally to the performance of the Ladenburg Thalmann Electrification Infrastructure Index. The underlying index utilizes a proprietary, rules-based methodology developed by Ladenburg Thalmann Index, LLC (the "index provider"), which is designed to measure the performance of publicly-listed large-capitalization and mid-capitalization companies that are positioned to benefit from "electrification". The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in securities that comprise the underlying index.
