WisdomTree U.S. Earnings 500 Fund seeks to track the price and yield performance of the WisdomTree U.S. LargeCap Index. At least 95% of the fund's total assets will be invested in component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index is a fundamentally weighted index that consists of the 500 largest companies ranked by market capitalization in the WisdomTree U.S. Total Market Index which is comprised of earnings-generating companies within the large-capitalization segment of the U.S. stock market. It is non-diversified.
