The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks to achieve long-term total return by investing primarily in a portfolio of U.S. Treasury securities ("U.S. Treasuries"), cash and cash equivalents, and exchange-traded futures contracts that provide exposure to the following three asset classes: S&P 500 Index, intermediate U.S. Treasuries, and gold. The fund is non-diversified.
