iShares ESG MSCI USA Min Vol Factor ETF seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI USA Minimum Volatility Extended ESG Reduced Carbon Target Index. The underlying index is designed to measure the performance of large- and mid-capitalization U.S. equity securities that reflect the performance of a minimum volatility strategy and, relative to the MSCI USA Index, have higher favorable ESG characteristics and lower carbon exposure. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its assets in the component securities of the underlying index and may invest up to 10% of its assets in certain futures, options and swap contracts, cash and cash equivalents. It is non-diversified.
