Defiance Leveraged Long + Income Ethereum ETF seeks long-term capital appreciation, with a secondary objective to seek current income. In pursuing the Leveraged Strategy, the fund will invest primarily in swap agreements or option contracts on shares of the Underlying ETPs. The fund may also invest directly in certain Underlying ETPs only to the extent that they (i) do not hold ether directly and (ii) achieve exposure to ether indirectly via derivatives. The fund is non-diversified.
