First Trust S&P 500 Diversified Free Cash Flow ETF seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before fees and expenses, of an equity index called the S&P 500 Sector-Neutral FCF Index. Under normal conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in the securities that comprise the index. The index measures the performance of companies within the S&P 500 Index that have the highest relative FCF Yield within each GICS sector represented in the S&P 500 Index. It is non-diversified.
