FolioBeyond Enhanced Fixed Income Premium ETF seeks to provide income and, secondarily, long-term capital appreciation. The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that seeks to generate current income and long-term capital appreciation by investing in a portfolio of ETFs representing certain sectors of the fixed-income market ("Bond Sector ETFs"), both directly and indirectly through option overlays. The fund uses the FolioBeyond Fixed Income Model (the "FB Model") to select its Bond Sector ETFs.
