Franklin U.S. Small Cap Multifactor Index ETF seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the LibertyQ U.S. Small Cap Equity Index. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in the component securities of the underlying index. The underlying index is based on the Russell 2000 Index using a methodology developed with Franklin Templeton to reflect Franklin Templeton's desired investment strategy.
