FMQQ The Next Frontier Internet & Ecommerce ETF seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the FMQQ The Next Frontier Internet & Ecommerce IndexTM (the "index"). The fund invests in securities comprising the index or in depositary receipts representing securities of the index. The index was designed by EMQQ Global LLC to measure the performance of an investable universe of publicly traded emerging market and frontier market internet and ecommerce companies. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in the securities of internet companies. The fund is non-diversified.
