Franklin Small Cap Enhanced ETF seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of small capitalization companies and in derivatives and other instruments that have economic characteristics and provide investment exposure similar to equity securities of small capitalization companies. The fund invests predominantly in common stock, but may also invest in preferred stocks, securities convertible into common stocks, and warrants and rights.
