Gabelli High Income ETF seeks high total return, comprised primarily of current income and secondarily of capital appreciation. The fund is an actively managed ETF. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, as a principal strategy, at least 80% of its net assets in a broad range of income producing securities, including debt, equity and hybrid instruments (the "80% Policy"). As part of the 80% Policy, under normal market conditions, the fund will attempt to achieve its investment objective primarily by investing in high-yield corporate bonds and other debt instruments, with an emphasis on those rated below investment grade.
