WisdomTree Enhanced Commodity Strategy Fund seeks to achieve positive total returns in rising or falling markets that are not directly correlated to broad market equity or fixed income returns. The fund is an actively managed ETF that intends to provide broad-based exposure to the four commodity sectors: Energy, Agriculture, Industrial Metals, and Precious Metals primarily through investments in futures contracts. It will not invest directly in physical commodities. The fund may invest in treasury securities and other liquid short-term investments as collateral for its commodity futures contracts. It is non-diversified.
