Astoria US Quality Growth Kings ETF seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation. The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities (including depositary receipts) of issuers outside the U.S. that the fund's sub-adviser, Astoria Portfolio Advisors, LLC (the "Sub-Adviser") believes has the potential for growth.
