Goldman Sachs MarketBeta U.S. 1000 Equity ETF seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond to the performance of the Solactive GBS United States 1000 Index (the "Index"). The fund seeks to invest at least 80% of its assets in securities included in its underlying index, in depositary receipts representing securities included in its underlying index and in underlying stocks in respect of depositary receipts included in its underlying index. The index is designed to measure the performance of equity securities of large and mid-capitalization equity issuers covering approximately the largest 1,000 of the free-float market capitalization in the U.S.
