Grayscale XRP Trust ETF seeks for the value of the Shares (based on XRP per Share) to reflect the value of XRP held by the Trust, determined by reference to the index Price, less the Trust's expenses and other liabilities. A substantial direct investment in XRP may require expensive and sometimes complicated arrangements in connection with the acquisition, security and safekeeping of the XRP and may involve the payment of substantial fees to acquire such XRP from third-party facilitators through cash payments of U.S. Dollars.
