(Nasdaq: COIN) ("COIN"), subject to a limit on potential investment gains. The fund manager seeks to achieve these investment objectives through the use of a synthetic covered call strategy. The manager seeks to provide its synthetic exposure to the price return of COIN through the purchase and sale of a combination of call and put option contracts that utilize COIN as the reference asset. The fund is non-diversified.
