The fund is an actively managed ETF that seeks to provide current income while providing exposure to the share price of the Class A common stock of CRCL, subject to a limit on potential investment gains. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets plus borrowings in options contracts that utilize CRCL as the reference asset. The fund is non-diversified.
