Pacer Benchmark Industrial Real Estate SCTR ETF seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Solactive GPR Industrial Real Estate Index. The index is generally composed of the equity securities of developed markets companies that derive at least 85% of their earnings or revenues from real estate operations in the industrial real estate sector, including companies that derive at least 85% of their earnings or revenues from self-storage real estate operations. The fund will invest at least 80% of the value of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in companies the industrial real estate sector. The fund is non-diversified.
