Proshares S&P Global Core Battery Metals ETF seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, that track the performance of the S&P Global Core Battery Metals Index. The index consists of companies that had (i) positive total revenue and (ii) positive production value from, in aggregate, the mining of lithium, nickel and cobalt during the previous year. Production value is the dollar market value of the lithium, nickel or cobalt produced. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in the securities that comprise the index. It is non-diversified.
