Pacer S&P 500 Quality FCF Aristocrats ETF seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P 500 Quality FCF Aristocrats Index. The index measures the performance of companies within the S&P 500 Index (the "S&P 500") that have had positive free cash flow (FCF) for at least 10 consecutive years and simultaneously have high FCF margin and high FCF return on invested capital (ROIC). Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) will be invested in equity securities that are the component securities of the index. The fund is non-diversified.
