Rex Lly Growth & Income ETF seeks to pay weekly distributions and daily investment results, before fees and expenses, between 105% and 150% the daily percentage change of the common stock of LLY. The fund, under normal market conditions, will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in shares of LLY, investments that provide exposure to LLY or income-producing investments tied to LLY. The fund will primarily seek to obtain its notional exposure to LLY through options contracts on LLY, including standardized exchange-traded and FLexible EXchange Options ("FLEX Options"). The fund is non-diversified.
