MFS Active Intermediate Muni Bond ETF seeks total return with an emphasis on income exempt from federal income tax, but also considering capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80% of the fund's net assets in municipal instruments, the interest on which is exempt from federal income tax. Interest from the fund's investments may be subject to the federal alternative minimum tax. It normally invests the fund's assets primarily in municipal instruments.
