REX MSTR Growth & Income ETF seeks to pay weekly distributions; the fund's secondary investment objective is to seek daily investment results, before fees and expenses, between 105% and 150% the daily percentage change of the common stock of MicroStrategy Incorporated. The fund, under normal market conditions, will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in shares of MSTR, investments that provide exposure to MSTR or income-producing investments. The fund is non-diversified.
