Neuberger Berman Total Return Bond ETF seeks to maximize total return consistent with capital preservation. To pursue its goal, the fund normally invests in a diversified mix of debt securities, which primarily include government bonds, corporate bonds, mortgage-backed securities and asset-backed securities. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in bonds and other debt securities and other investment companies that provide investment exposure to such debt securities.
