The Nightview ETF seeks long-term capital appreciation, with a goal of outperforming the S&P 500 Total Return Index over a rolling five-year period. The fund is actively managed and under normal circumstances invests at least 80% of its net assets in securities and instruments issued by or economically tied to U.S. issuers. Its portfolio will typically include 15 - 25 securities. The fund is non-diversified.
