Innovator Growth-100 Power Buffer ETF - September seeks to provide investors with returns that match the price return of the Invesco QQQ TrustSM, Series 1, up to the upside cap of 14.72% while providing a buffer against the first 15% of Invesco QQQ TrustSM, Series 1 losses, over the period from September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2025. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in FLexible Exchange Options ("FLEX Options") that reference the Invesco QQQ TrustSM, Series 1. The fund is non-diversified.
