Nuveen Winslow Large-Cap Growth ESG ETF seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation. The fund is actively managed and seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in exchange-traded equity securities of large-cap U.S. companies that exhibit ESG characteristics. It, under normal market conditions, invests at least 80% of the sum of its net assets in exchange-traded equity securities of companies with large capitalizations at the time of purchase. The fund may invest up to 20% of its net assets in non-U.S. equity securities listed on a foreign exchange that trade on such exchange contemporaneously with the shares of the fund. It is non-diversified.
