Obra Defensive High Yield ETF seeks to provide current income with an emphasis on principal preservation. The Advisor intends to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in high yield corporate bonds (or "junk bonds"). Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of the fund's net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in U.S. dollar denominated, high yield corporate bonds.
