One+One Nasdaq-100 and Bitcoin ETF seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund is an actively-managed ETF that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in U.S.-listed futures contracts, pooled investment vehicles, equities, and cash, cash-like instruments or high-quality securities that serve as collateral to the fund's investments. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its assets in assets that provide exposure to the Nasdaq-100 and Bitcoin. The fund is non-diversified.
