Leverage Shares 2X Long OSCR Daily ETF seeks daily levered investment results, before fees and expenses, of two times (200%) of the daily percentage change in the price of the common stock of OSCR. The fund is an actively managed ETF. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in the Underlying Security and financial instruments with economic characteristics that, in combination, provide 200% daily leveraged exposure to the price of OSCR, consistent with the fund's investment objective. The fund is non-diversified.
