PGIM US Large-Cap Buffer 20 ETF - June seeks to provide investors with returns that match the price return of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust up to a predetermined upside cap while providing a downside buffer against the first 20% (before fees and expenses) of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust's losses over the one year target outcome period. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in investments that provide exposure to equity securities issued by large-capitalization U.S. companies. The fund is non-diversified.
