State Street Short Duration Ig Public & Private Credit ETF seeks to maximize risk-adjusted return and provide current income. Under normal circumstances, SSGA Funds Management, Inc. invests at least 80% of the fund's net assets (plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes) in a portfolio of investment grade debt securities, including a combination of (i) public credit related investments and (ii) private credit investments including, but not limited to, those sourced by Apollo Global Securities, LLC. The fund will provide shareholders with at least sixty (60) days' notice prior to any change in its 80% investment policy. The fund is non-diversified.
